It goes without saying that the first lesson of leadership is to lead the way you care to be led. Now, don't get me wrong. I'm not suggesting that your preferred "style" of leadership will fit the needs of everyone you'll lead. But the "principles" that you prefer (and even require) will usually suit the needs of those you lead.
We'll analyze those principles here and determine which ones are valued by you enough to exercise on a day-to-day basis.
